Responsibilities
- Manage Shift Operations: Oversee front desk activities, including check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Cash Handling: Maintain accurate financial records, process payments, and manage the safe and petty cash.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, health regulations, and hotel policies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff and assist in training new hires during your shift.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate maintenance needs and ensure the lobby and common areas are pristine.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
