Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Supervise weekend staff, including training and scheduling.
- Conduct security sweeps and safety inspections of the property.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and billing.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve guest complaints with diplomacy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel operations or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
