Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with professionalism and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel premises to ensure security and cleanliness standards.
- Manage and train junior staff, including housekeeping and bell services, during shifts.
- Assist in cash handling, balancing drawers, and preparing daily reports.
- Enforce hotel policies and safety procedures strictly.
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record.
