Responsibilities
- Execute Cleaning Protocols: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to the highest standard of excellence.
- Guest Experience: Ensure rooms are immaculate, well-stocked with amenities, and inviting for our guests upon arrival.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, linens, and toiletries to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken furniture to the maintenance department immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow housekeeping staff and supervisors to meet daily cleaning goals and deadlines.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, chemical handling procedures, and health regulations.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide paid on-the-job training; prior housekeeping experience is not necessary.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and capable of working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to cleanliness and a keen eye for detail in maintaining property standards.
