Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all guests.
- Manage front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory and manage security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or hotel management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
