As a Night Shift Hotel Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a safe and pleasant stay during the evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures using hotel management software.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone and in-person professionally.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance of public areas (lobby, restrooms) to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Monitor security systems and building access to ensure guest safety.
- Process wake-up calls and mail delivery for guests.
- Collaborate with day shift staff to ensure a seamless transition of duties.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
