Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services
- Manage housekeeping schedules and room quality assurance
- Coordinate with maintenance team for facility upkeep
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and solutions-oriented approach
- Train and mentor shift staff on service standards
- Monitor inventory and ordering of supplies
- Prepare shift reports and operational summaries
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel or hospitality supervisory experience
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification
