Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shift operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members during assigned shifts
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with professionalism
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless service transitions
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate operational records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel shift management experience
- Proven leadership skills in hospitality environments
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler/ServSafe certification
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
