Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy using our proprietary PMS system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure flawless room readiness
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues proactively
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail in all interactions
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience required
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
