Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or food service)
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all operational areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and operate hotel management systems
- Adhere to company policies and health/safety regulations
- Assist with emergency response protocols during shift hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic computer proficiency and multitasking abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license (if transportation between properties needed)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
