Responsibilities
- Manage front desk, housekeeping, and security teams during assigned shifts
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with professionalism
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes and room inventory management
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with department heads for seamless service transitions
- Train and mentor new staff members on operational standards
- Complete shift reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel or hospitality management experience
- Proven shift leadership in high-volume environments
- Exceptional conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Illinois Food Handler and ServSafe certifications preferred
- Strong multitasking abilities under pressure
