Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during assigned shifts (overnight/weekend)
- Train and mentor new staff on hotel procedures
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Process payments and manage cash handling
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel management experience
- Flexible availability for overnight/weekend shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Minnesota Food Handler's Certificate
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
