Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations during assigned shifts (day, evening, overnight)
- Train and mentor new staff on hotel procedures and customer service standards
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Perform nightly audits and financial reporting duties
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proven ability to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
