Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure all departments adhere to established service standards.
- Manage and schedule front desk and housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage during shifts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest complaints and special requests, resolving issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to align the team on priorities, safety protocols, and operational updates.
- Monitor inventory levels for amenities and supplies to maintain high standards of housekeeping.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality management certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations, front desk, or shift management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
