Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed industry standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and eco-friendly sustainability practices
- Deliver exceptional guest service through proactive communication and attention to detail
- Coordinate closely with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Complete shift reports and maintain accurate records of room status
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical safety
