Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ staff during overnight/weekend shifts
- Resolve guest complaints with exceptional service
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process check-ins/checkouts using Opera PMS
- Conduct staff training and performance reviews
- Manage inventory for high-volume areas
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel shift management experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in hotel management systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights/weekends)
- Knowledge of DC hospitality regulations
- Spanish fluency preferred
- Valid DC Food Handler's permit
