Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless guest check-in/check-out processes
- Train and mentor staff on service standards, safety protocols, and emergency procedures
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain property standards
- Monitor inventory levels and manage cash handling procedures
- Prepare shift reports and update daily operational logs
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize room revenue
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel or hospitality management experience required
- Proven ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Basic knowledge of Denver tourism attractions and local services
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
