Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests during all shifts, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Assist with room cleanliness and maintenance to uphold our high standards of hospitality.
- Monitor and secure hotel premises during night shifts, including patrolling common areas and handling security protocols.
- Answer and direct phone calls and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support kitchen and dining operations during peak hours, including food service and setup.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling, lock-ups, and equipment checks.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to resolve guest issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred but not always required.
- Must be available for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use hotel management software.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs.
