Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately at the front desk or in the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety, security, and operational policies.
- Assist with laundry operations, including sorting, pressing, and folding linens.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Monitor inventory levels of guest supplies and restock as necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work various shift work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
