Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk support and guest check-in/check-out services during various shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest rooms to meet high standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering for the hotel operations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management software is preferred.
