Responsibilities
- Shift Leadership: Supervise front-of-house operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
- Guest Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, anticipate guest needs, and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Security Oversight: Conduct regular rounds of the property to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
- Operational Support: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and facility readiness.
- Administrative Accuracy: Manage cash handling, process payments, and maintain accurate shift logs and reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or shift work is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management systems.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
