Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Process payments accurately using hotel point-of-sale systems.
- Assist with baggage handling and provide directions to local Fort Worth attractions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and common areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
