Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and valet operations
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using PMS systems
- Manage room inventory and ensure cleanliness standards
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Coordinate with security team for guest safety protocols
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and handover reports
- Adhere to all hotel safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Valid Florida driver's license for valet positions
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- COVID-19 vaccination required (with religious/medical exemptions)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
