Responsibilities
- Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance to hotel standards
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries and service requests promptly
- Monitor and restock supplies in public areas and guest rooms
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas (lobbies, restrooms, etc.)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
