Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during front desk, housekeeping, or maintenance shifts
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform routine room cleaning and public area maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with special events and guest requests as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Valid California ID and work authorization
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
