Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas using advanced techniques and eco-friendly products
- Execute detailed deep cleaning protocols for high-traffic zones and executive suites
- Manage inventory control for housekeeping supplies and linen systems
- Coordinate with maintenance and front desk teams for seamless room turnover
- Train and mentor junior staff on brand standards and efficiency protocols
- Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and resource consumption
- Document cleaning schedules and room status updates in property management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of luxury hotel housekeeping experience
- Valid DC work authorization and clean background check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in using industrial cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards
