Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Process check-ins/check-outs using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness standards in guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with event setup and banquet operations
- Operate POS systems for food/beverage transactions
- Complete shift reports and handover documentation
- Adhere to safety and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid work authorization and state ID
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Reliable transportation for multi-location shifts
