Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out and throughout shifts
- Perform housekeeping duties including room cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking
- Assist with front desk operations including answering phones and managing reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas and back-of-house spaces
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Operate hotel systems (e.g., POS, booking software) with accuracy
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn hotel systems
- Valid North Carolina ID or driver's license
- Must pass background check and drug screening
