Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services during assigned shifts
- Manage room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas (lobbies, pools, etc.)
- Operate POS systems and process payments accurately
- Assist with emergency protocols and security procedures
- Collaborate with cross-departmental staff for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Louisiana work permit if applicable
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
