Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across front desk, housekeeping, and dining services
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and reservation systems
- Perform thorough room cleaning and public area maintenance
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and events
- Adhere to safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Operate POS systems and maintain accurate financial records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
