Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/out procedures efficiently using hotel software systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with exceptional service
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records

- Perform daily audits and report discrepancies to management
- Assist with reservation management and room inventory tracking
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
