Responsibilities
- Strip beds, replace linens, and make beds according to our strict quality standards.
- Dust furniture, wipe down surfaces, and vacuum carpets in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Restock amenities, such as toiletries and towels, to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the property.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills.
