Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls, manage emails, and assist with guest inquiries via chat or in-person.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Assist with concierge services, including directions, restaurant reservations, and local recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for customer service.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
