Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/out procedures and concierge support
- Maintain pristine room standards through detailed housekeeping and sanitation protocols
- Execute food service operations including dining room setup, order taking, and cleanup
- Operate POS systems and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to safety regulations and emergency response procedures
- Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability to cover day/evening/night shifts
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
- Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
