Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for guests and staff
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards during all shifts
- Assist with inventory management and operational tasks as assigned
- Support emergency response procedures during your shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Valid Minnesota Food Handler's License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
