Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out procedures and luggage handling
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies in assigned areas
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members during shift transitions
- Report maintenance concerns or operational issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Availability to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Basic communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must pass background check and drug screening
