Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservation management.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the facility is in pristine condition.
- Support hotel events and functions by assisting with setup, coordination, and service.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required for immediate hire candidates.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor are essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Physical stamina required to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
