Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Make and change beds, ensuring linens are crisp, clean, and neatly arranged.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, towels, and cleaning supplies.
- Dust, polish, and sanitize furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
