Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during check-in/check-out procedures
- Perform thorough room cleaning and maintenance to brand standards
- Operate hotel systems including POS and reservation software
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues

Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
