Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across hotel departments (concierge, housekeeping, or food & beverage)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all assigned areas
- Process guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently using property management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and events
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Physical stamina for extended standing/walking during shifts
