Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and professionalism
- Manage room assignments and key distribution
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and access control points
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with valet and bell services during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid Michigan driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
