Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (days, evenings, or nights)
- Perform front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, and payment processing
- Execute housekeeping duties with attention to detail and safety protocols
- Manage maintenance requests and coordinate with engineering teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to hotel security and emergency procedures

Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Valid Illinois driver's license (if driving required)
