Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge departments
- Maintain safety protocols during overnight and weekend shifts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Complete shift reports and documentation accurately
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures during peak hours
- Uphold brand standards in all guest interactions
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency (PMS systems a plus)
- Valid Pennsylvania ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
