Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or banquet support)
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas per brand standards
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using PMS software
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and company protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving shuttle)
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Suite)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
