Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage areas
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all hotel zones
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve guest inquiries
- Support daily operations during peak hours and special events
- Adhere to brand standards and compliance protocols
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid CA Food Handler Card (for F&B roles)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
