Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Maintain clean and welcoming hotel environments following brand standards
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Handle basic administrative tasks including reservations and billing
- Support event setup and guest amenities coordination
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols consistently
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all team members!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license may be required for some roles
