Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through check-in, check-out, and concierge support
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal occupancy
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with maintenance and security teams for facility safety
- Assist with event setup and banquet operations as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and lobby spaces
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
- Valid California driver's license (for airport shuttle duties if applicable)
