Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance to brand standards
- Manage housekeeping inventory and equipment maintenance
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with special events and VIP guest arrangements
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Valid NC driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
