Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces to exceed industry standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Follow established protocols for room turnover between guests
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adapt to special requests from guests and management team
- Maintain organization of supply closets and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – we train all team members
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas ID or work authorization
