Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping operations
- Process check-ins/checkouts using property management systems with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with proactive problem-solving skills
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas to luxury standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak service periods
- Uphold strict safety and hygiene protocols per brand standards
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic proficiency with hospitality software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Texas Food Handler/ServSafe certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude with commitment to luxury service standards
- Reliable transportation to downtown Dallas location
